same as yesterday although did a bit more running around today which was cool :)
Had such a sore stomach when collecting controls :( was about to faint it felt like! I think duncan was getting annoyed by how slow i was :P he could see my pain face coming through too :P

around 75min of actual running...was out coaching Auckland Orienteers all day at Woodhill...
Put out controls and then coached a group of 7...was fun, although had to walk around with some them a lot as had a few inexperienced people...

Note

Got my Xrays examined by the Chiro today

I have a rotated pelvis, and its pulling on my spine or something :P which is making a lot of the muscles tight as they try to compensate for the change...also because the spine changed it is squishing a disc...so hence the pain in my lower back! I need to stretch my Psoas and Piriformis muscles as they are really tight too, so that will helpfully loosen up the whole pelvis area...she will still be working on stretching out my spine and manipulating my pelvis, whilst also getting a bit of acupuncture to loosen the muscles in my back too...soo yea...

felt rather tired on both

Did 12x30sec hill reps with 1min recoveries at mt eden with Laura tonight

so good to have someone to do intervals with me :) felt okish..bit puffed slash a lot! Left leg got a bit tight in the end...gather it was from the whole back thing :(

had a 2min recovery after the 6th one

the night street series thing that AOC do at the moment...

decided to try do the 18 controls in 1hr...but only got 14 :S

lost a lot of time running down a road and making everything fit as there were a few roads not quite mapped :/ grr..so just lost heaps of time here and there...so just decided to treat it as a tempo and tried to push on most of the legs...
got sore stomach thing at 10min... :( havnt had it in ages :S ...also my calves got so tight! weird?

Had an X-ray today after Chiropractor and Acupuncture...shall see what the story is on friday...

was good :) well considering i went to bed at 2am last night :/ and i havnt done such a full session like this in ages!!
Me and Laura together on all of them which was really good :) managed to last and i think we got a bit quicker towards the end,...tried to sprint the end of the last one as i felt really good :)

cruise with dunc around the domain...calf...wow!!
back a little sore as had chiro and then accupuncture with electric current throughout my back as it is so tight at the moment...so felt weird running after...
