Warm up only 7min...should have done a bit more :/
warm down 9min...was rather tired :(

Auckland Clubs relay....sort of a bit of fun today...just ran for AOC...Was on the long first leg...it was quite fun for the map we were on, but i just felt so physically smashed from my long run yesterday, so it was really hard to push :/ there was a lt of long grass which felt impossible for me at times to run through :P really slowed me down in the end :P Still a fun event, just a bit slow and tired today

Did the same loop as a few weeks ago (i think?) ... went up and around mt eden, through epsom campus, up and around one tree hill, then back past st cuths, up mt Hobson, through Newmarket and a loop around the domain and home...so quite a few big hills every now and then which was good...felt suprisingly good the whole way today :) just a bit tight with some of ma muscles...ran with my ipod to keep me company :)

Summer Series at Macleans...was a long one!! was quite tired and my calves were so tight!! but it was such a fun summer series :)
starting running off the wrong way at the tart as hadnt really looked at the map :P oops...so lost like 1min as i went all the way back around to cross the stream...ops...oh well...was still fun after it :)

same loop as yesterday, but did it backwards and added a loop around the mt eden suburb onto it...felt so tired and slow today!! couldnt breath again, which made it so hard to run, especially up hill :/ i was getting worried, then i realised there is so much grass around at the moment, and my eyes were a bit itchy, and i sneezed a few times :P so im thinking a bit of hayfever? maybe 2mw i will take an antihistamine before i run...that might work...was supposed to go for 90min today, but i just couldnt :/

Did some O training out at Pot Luck with Greta, Imogene, Maja and Tom...just warmed up as I got into it...was really tough out on the dunes as I was rather tired in my body from yesterday...was a fun course...there were a few felled bits which made it hard...but the rest was fun...a bit tired by the end :) didnt feel so fast today :/
