Felt pretty awesome today :) maybe it was all the Jukola watching and how much it motivated me?? :P anyway, good run on mt eden and cornwall park...my foot was weird as going up and down mt eden...it was numb on the bottom of both feet coz they were so cold before i started (i have such bad circulation down there that they are always cold)...anyway felt like i was running on some lump or something for a while, then it went away :P

Oh man I ran out of time today to do my run :( :( still managed to do my strength though...was so dark and cold at this time, so strength inside was much more inviting...
really disappointed in my last wk of training :( I hate exams!!! such an inconvenient time too...would rather b training my butt off this week and next before my tapering before Europe, but noooo have to sit 3 exams on wed, thurs and friday next wk, so i guess my training will take the back seat again next week :( grr...so sad :(
I'll try my hardest to at least do a steady wk...hopefully a few intervals...we shall see...i guess not getting sick or injured due to the lack of training may be a bit of a positive :P (always trying to look for something on the bright side ;) )

Ran with Duncan to Western Springs and around etc...was a good pace for me especially for the first 1/2, got a bit slow at the end...but good to get the legs moving fast :)
Felt rather mentally bleh as was studying all day, and was sort of in a weird zone...so the run was definitely a good thing :)

Just did 3 of each thing instead of 5...had Jula with me which was fun :)

Did 6x(25sec hills with 65sec recoveries) with Jula :) Was super tough after all the technique stuff we just did...died a little :P Foot also felt a little niggly during some of the reps...but not too bad

Just did some swiss ball exercises, ab wheel, calf raises on the steps, lunges, squats etc...also did some balancing with the wobble board/ball thing we have...wow the injured foot is weak! but actually feeling a bit better recently with the new band thing Amber gave me do do exercises with :)

My Warm up and warm down are included in this session...
Did 10 x 2mins, 1mins hills
was super tough! legs so slow and tight on the first few, then got good in the middle, then got that tight thing in my legs again later...stopped at 90sec on the last one, as my legs were about to explode!! :S maybe i need to get rid of some stuff in there? maybe need a massage or something?? hmm ...
