Decided to do something fast with the legs so I at least have a tiny bit of preparation for the middles this wknd :P
Still feeling a little sluggish, but wasnt too bad.
Did 10x200m with 1min recoveries...found a nice track in the forest where there was a little bit of a hill...were not too fast as was not very keen to push too hard after having a wk off being sick...felt ok after...so thats a positive...
