Sick again :(

Have been sick so many times since moving to Sweden which is just not cool :( maybe I am not used to the rapidly changing temperatures or maybe it is from looking after kids? Who knows...

Spent the entire day in bed trying to rest it off...hope its something small and goes away in a few days... :(

running to and from gym plus hill session on the treadmill.

Very tough today as wasn't sure if I should run or not as my throat is sore and the body a bit achy :/ hopefully with an early night i wake up fine 2mw :/

was also tough as the gym was so warm! especially in our (Rassmus also) corner! felt a bit dizzy!

So was supposed to be a night race but....epic fail!!!

Felt pretty good today physically, little tight in the calves still, but bareable.

Was a mass start and was with most people, but went way to far and way to wrong to the first one and met elisa, was with her for a bit but then decided to stop and take a careful look at the map. Thought I knew where I was, but I didn't...fluffed around a bit longer and realized I had no idea what was going on... So ran on the compass and back down to Hågadalen. Came out in a very strange place. Good thing I stopped I guess :/
Jogged around a bit and then came back to the klubb...

Very disappointed in myself..can't even get the first control :( guess I have to just forget and move on... Little hard for the motivation levels again... :(

Included warm up, fluffing around and jogging in Hågadalen and back to KG

Tisdagsbana. Was mostly on tracks and little bits of forest which was a nice change :) Arch got sore about 5km in and had to stop and give a big stretch of the super tight calves to loosen it all up...skipped a little loop to catch the others back up as felt a lit better...started tightening up in the end again which was a bit painful :/ ran with Sam and Boris in the end again :)

Rockgympa as usual. Was tough and super sweaty as usual too! :P
Found it a little hard on some of the balancing exercises as my right foot (the more problematic one) was super wobbly :S
Also I managed to share an exercise mat with Thierry today as he was alone there and I liked to do the planks on those bigger ones. Plus I thought someone should join him :) Not much talking went on though... :P
