Did some training up at Gyllbergen. It is a mountain/hill near Borlänge and it is quite hilly and super spongy with thick blueberry bushes everywhere, so it is crazy physical! Rassmus planned a line course, then some control picking, then a long leg and more control picking etc...
Was pretty tough as the printer we used had run out of ink, so everything was all one colour...blue! So we pretty much had an all contour only blue map :P This made things tough! i already find this map pretty tough!
Have run here before for World Unis Long distance 2010 and last year when I froze my entire body for the first time ever :P So not so good experiences. Managed to do some really good oing, but on the first long leg I really stuffed it and had no idea what i was doing or where I was...the strange map didn't help either...so decided to give up on searching for something that could relate to that part of the 'map' and ran towards the car...soon figured out where I was so I could do the last control picking exercise :) so just missed out a tiny bit really :)

Ran the M20 Sprint trial for JWOC last year in Säter...made a few mistakes and had to run around where the gates were closed, but other than that I was just tired towards the end I guess...Fun area though and really nice day!

Just a short run before work. Got a hittaut point too. Still not feeling the greatest when running. Took the train to Säter after work, so no evening training again :P

Warm up to KG and then to the start if the O intervals with the rest of the group

Stopped my garmin somewhere along the way, so don't have the whole session. This was basing off Lisa C's training :) This is just the interval times and not the resting between.
We did 7 intervals which had gaffeling out in Nåsten. Was cool as there was a big group of people today! Ended up being Me, Lovisa, Lisa C, Elisa and Fredrika running the intervals together! Was fun! Was a bit tired towards the end due to the past week or so of on and off training and feeling weird.
