Unplanned rest day....actually started to get ready to run but decided I was way too tired! Such a busy week of working and super duper tired today...so another rest day this week for me...

Orienteering intervals 1:10:03 [4] 9.56 km (7:19 / km) +52m 7:08 / km

Long O intervals in Lunsen with some of the Linne crew.
It snowed a lot over night, so was fresh and deep in the forest.
The first interval went well for me...well a few funny hesitations, but had a good flow and managed to hold a steady pace.
The next one I was a bit tired on. Still manages to orienteer well apart from running to the finish control where everyone was waiting. ran bad on my compass oops...
The last one was ok...quite tired by this one and took some strange route choices and made a few mistakes in the end, but saw Hilda and we ran into the finish together :)
Overall super tough and fun training! One of those love days with Lunsen as nothing terribly terrible happened ;)

Session includes warm up and warm down running too.

running down to the gym with Rassmus and some jogging back home. Rassmus pulled something in his knee during gympa, so he was walking, but it was so blizzardish outside and snowing so much so I was getting cold...so kept jogging and waited for him at the shops.

Strength and Conditioning 40:00 [3]
shoes: Nike Lunaracers (pink)

Medelgympa at the gym. It is an hour session, although the last 15-20min is just stretching and warming down etc. Could skip these parts as I run home anyway, although its nice to relax and stretch and practice breathing well :)

Decided it was a good idea to rest today. Was planning on running intervals all day, although once I came home from work, I just crashed!! Even fell asleep! I guess I am not quite used to this 9hr working days yet ;)
Been working at least 9hrs for the entire wk this wk! And another 9hr day 2mw! yikes!

Cross training at the gym. Long day away from the house from 8am-6pm.
felt quite tired and sore on the xtrainer today but managed to hold a good speed.

core and exercises with the swiss ball after xtraining. tough but good

Tisdagsbana. Was super tired tonight, so wasn't sure how long I'd last, but gave it a go anyway.
Did the 12.3km with Lisa C, Sam, Marketa and some others...changed around a bit. We couldn't quite hang onto the other girls as everyone ran away so quick tonight! Was crazy! Managed to catch them again when Sam orienteered perfectly through some shitty cut down forest! Then we decided to stay on the track in one part, so we were still ahead...by this time I was super pooped and was just trying to keep on going....Elisa, Bettina and Rebecka went flying past me towards the end...wish I could have hung on or tried to push, but their was none of that happening tonight ;)
Overall a nice speed for winter tisdagsbana, even if lots of it was on the tracks...

Rockgympa. A new variation tonight! Did not like as it was a lot of holding our body weight through arms and wrists, and my wrists just arent strong enough! I want to do it and I think I can, but I just have really weak wrists :(
I do enjoy that rockgympa varies as its nice to do different stuff at times, but I just don't get that sore core and butt etc which I used to a year ago... Im thinking the core is a little better for forest strength than arms...
