Running hills 1:22:27 [3] 12.99 km (6:21 / km) +332m 5:38 / km
shoes: X-Talons 212

Ran over to Backbana with Sam and Bettina for a bit of the way before she went to do some sprint training.
Then Sam and I did 1 lap of Backbana with Annika. Was a nice manageable pace. Was worried I would totally die today as was up all night again, but this time with super achy muscles from yesterdays trainings! argh!?!
Good to be done and a decent session too :) Backbana was not too slippery, so will hopefully do more of these sessions in the next few weeks.

Orienteering intervals 1:12:33 [3] 8.75 km (8:17 / km) +38m 8:07 / km
shoes: Icebugs pink

Intervals in Lunsen. Wet and tough terrain. Ran with Lisa C and Hilda. Was feeling super sluggish and making a few mistakes. Found it so tiring with the wetness/snowyness of the forest today. Not really an interval pace, but tried to do a bit if my own orienteering at least. includes warm up and down

Orienteering 1:35:51 [3] 11.31 km (8:29 / km) +103m 8:07 / km
shoes: Icebugs pink

Lisa and I did the night training in the afternoon whilst it was still light. We decided to go at a comfortable pace which was nice.
We had different gaffeling, but we showed each other and got a few extra controls on the way etc. as we took turns leading. Was good to have the reflectors out there, although they were hard to spot at times. The course wasn't too tough and it went into some nice areas, so we had a lot of fun :)
Felt a lot better than this mornings training. Much more energy and confidence :)
Includes warm up and warm down in the session

Strength and Conditioning 20:00 [3]

So unexpected rest day from running again :(
Was still rather tired and the weather was terrible with windy snowy weather in the morning and rain/slush in the arvo. Had work this afternoon and was wet when I biked there till when I was biking home again, so was rather cold and did not feel so good after it :( Did not want to go out again...
Decided to do one of my old pilates videos I used to do. Tough as I am so inflexible now...but good.

Running long 1:05:00 [3]
shoes: Aasics 2000 series

So as soon as I started feeling a little better again, I couldnt sleep again :(
It was about 3am when I finally got off to a snooze. Couldnt sleep so long in the morning either, so was pretty much a zombie surviving on coffee today...Decided it probably wasnt so smart to do intervals with sleep deprivation over the last week, so I warmed up with everyone and did some drills and then Bettina and I jogged whilst the others did intervals.
Felt ok actually. Snowed overnight so there was quite a bit today. Rather slippery in places.

Wanted to run before rockgympa...well actually wanted to jog in the morning too, but I only fell asleep at about 2am and then got up about 7am as I couldnt sleep again...Been so weird with no sleep recently? Would love to do more training this week as I have a little more time, but I want to be careful too so i don't get sick :(
Rockgympa was tough, but just tried to do as well as I could today.
