Long training in NĂ¥sten. Decided to run alone and concentrate a bit on my technique. Took it easy too. Seemed to go good. A bit more work to do, but will hopefully do some more technique trainings in the next few weeks :) Here is the map and my route and more description!

Sprint training. Cannot say so much or load any data or precise timing for this training for secret purposes ;) Overall good training, and am missing doing a lot of sprint races and trainings...bring on the season!!
Ran two courses.

Strength training at home after coming back from babysitting.
Did my core routine, legs and then some extra legs with squats and lunges etc :) Felt good and stronger!

Just a short jog in the morning to try and loosen up some of the tightness in my body and the feet! Rather crampy feet today...

Strength and Conditioning (Pilates) 20:00 [2]

Did the same session from last friday...Hopefully I can get better at these programs again.
Did a half hour yoga for hips, hamstrings and lower back afterwards. Felt so nice and will definitely be giving this one a go again! Didn't log it as it felt more like stretching and I am not a stretching logger ;)

5x4min on the lit track in stadskogen.
Felt rather strange in my stomach today, so found it a bit hard to push, but tried to for majority of the intervals.
My watch has super slow paces...I swear I wasn't going that slow? I don't know whether its a case of the stadskogen GPS confusion or the corners, soft ground and a few small hills really slowed my pace down? hmm.. :/

16min warm up and then 10min of drills. didnt wait for satellites, so had no accurate sessions.

Not a very long warm down. My feet are so sore at the moment! Like I've stretched and tightened small muscles/tendons all over...must talk to the expert sister about it

Morning run with Sam. Didn't go too long this morning as we ran kind of long last night and were both a little tired. An hour was nice :)
Bettina ran with us for the first 15min before she went to do intervals. So we tried to do a different loop than usual, so found a few other tracks to explore :P

Tisdagsbana.
Did the 14km course tonight. Felt quite ok tonight, so was good to do a little longer than I usually do.
Got a stick right in my eye about 25min in and I tried to keep running, but was falling over everywhere and realised I couldnt quite see. My eye was dripping so much with water...it really threw me off! Took a while to stop feeling dizzy and being able to see again. The group asked if I was ok and I was saying yeah yeah...but didnt realise it would keep me blind for so long :P
Petra stayed with me for a bit, then I said should we try catch them back and she said she will try and hang on. So I kept going and tried to push a bit...didn't see any headlights so was so confused and thought maybe I should run back as I was sort of alone at this time. Then I saw a line of headlights coming towards me from my right side, and it was the group :) Yippee! They had made a little mistake...so for the first time ever, my orienteering skills worked for me ;) haha!
So yea then ran mostly with Lisa C and Sam S for the rest of the 14km with a few other guys in there too. Good course! Tough and not to much on the tracks today. Tough terrain training as it was so wet and soft underfoot. Said to Lisa in the very end "should we push?" so we tried to sprint, but I realised I didn't have too much sprint left in my legs :P So tried to just hold the faster pace till the end :)
Overall a good night apart from the stick in the eye and the massive rip I made in my pants (hope they can be saved!).

Strength and Conditioning 56:00 [3]

Strength at home in the morning. Bike was broken so couldn't go with Bettina and Oskar to the gym at Ultuna. Coz my bike was broken I decided walking home from work would be nice as it was plus 10 degrees today!! So didn't make the early rockgympa at 17.30.
