Orienteering race 48:34 [4] 6.98 km (6:57 / km) +68m 6:38 / km

Måsenstafett. Ran 2nd leg for the 4th team. Lisa R came in a few minutes behind and ran really well! I went out with Elisa and some other girls, but they started so fast! Tried to keep up for a bit, but was rather tough. Managed to do the first 2 controls really well and felt much better than yesterday :) Then stopped to early on 3 and made 2min of mistakes there...eek! then lost over a minute at 4 as it was much lower on the spur than i thought! The rest went ok. a bit of a hesitation and correction in the last loop, but nothing major. Just got tireder and tireder as the course went on. Some girls passed me just before the run through, but i just couldnt hang on.. :( Not quite that healthy yet. but it was good that I kept in control and kept going, even if it was slow. Overall not the greatest (but i know why), but i know itll get better :) looking forward to the other relays and feeling better!!

hmm...So a 6min mistake on the first control is not a good start to the season...
Tried to let it not get to me, but just found it so hard! And trying to run in terrain again after having so many weeks off just really took a toll on the body. So started getting so slow and tired and walking and then just jogged the rest of the course. Started doing some weird slow zig zagging in the end as I was so tired :( Overall a very bad day out in the forest with the huge mistake and lack of energy.

15min warm up to the start and around etc. not feeling so great again after a busy end of the week and a few bad sleeps...
6min jog after. Didnt really need it as had been jogging most of the course.

Nice easy run up in Nåsten. So sunny and warm! beautiful spring day! Feeling rather tired in the end..but getting a bit better :)

feeling terrible after the wknd. Being cold at the events each day and trying to run with the flu still hanging on was not the greatest.
