warm up to Norby Spåret and then some drills etc

Running 12x1min on and 1min off. Wanted to do them on Norby spåret as it is up and down which makes it a little tougher...Felt ok. Bit tired at times, but not too bad.

went and got some hittaut points close by. Planned to do a little bit longer to make it more into a long run, but it was 30degrees today and pollen everywhere! I found it very tough in the end! Was struggling with the heat and breathing! The pollen was just so crazy though as all the cars were yellow, even the concrete paths were yellow!
Was feeling pretty much fine today again?? So strange? I am now convinced it was pollen and maybe a little bit of a lack of sleep?
Got a bug or something in my eye after I got my last checkpoint, so had to stop for a while to try get it out, but that wasnt successful, so I just tried to run back home.

Grr one more rest day...really didnt want to rest again, but was working all day again and once I came home I felt so bad. I lay down on my bed and woke up at like 7pm!! Eek...anyway I decided that the body is a bit down and took another rest day...fingers crossed it is just lack of sleep and maybe a pollen thingy? Hope to be good by tomorrow!

Not too sure if I am sick or it is still the pollen? Felt terrible all day at work. Had a sore throat and felt super tired. Decided a rest may help so I can train well in the weekend.

Training out on Åland map. was a little tired from yesterday and my throat was a little sore. Managed to have a good training apart from the controls in the green where I didnt quite understand the map...not sure if it is 100% correct here?

Blodomloppet.
Ran the 5km race. Ran this last year, and the goal was to beat last years time and go under 20min, which i did yay! Still a lot of room for improvement as actually didn't feel the best today, but still went well!
Its quite tough as it is gradually up for the firt 2km, then a sharp quick downhill and then all the way back along the river on the gravely track. Found it quite tough on the gravel, kept trying to push, but was so hard!
