Was at the sprint final at 6.30am ready to help! Such an early morning. Wanted to go to the gym in the afternoon although I fell asleep and just really wanted to rest :P

Was planning on going to the gym in the morning before helping out at the Swedish champs sprint qual although I sort of ran out of time, so decided just to do some strength at home.

Decided I am going to have a week of running.. I think it is best if I just stick to doing alternative training.

a little strength especially for feet and legs after the cross training.

Jogged to the start of the training. Foot was super sore, so instead of just going back and waiting, I decided to walk and jog (if there was no pain) round a few controls. Quite annoyed how sore my foot was feeling :(

Note

Super sore foot atm. Came after intervals on Sunday...I guess something is just pulled or tweaked as its something I have never had before. Can still run, but its rather painful. Even more painful just walking around...Hmmm I hope this goes away pretty soon?

warm up to the club then out to where the start of the intervals were.

O intervals in NĂ¥sten. No controls and they were super gaffeled, so it was rather tricky to hold focus at times.
I was pleased with how a lot of it went. Sometimes I was not so pleased, but it was super fun! Ran in a start group with Lisa C, Sam and Rebecka.

Went to go back and get my jacket from the start alone, so I scrambled my way through the marsh and green to get there. Once I got there I spent about 10min trying to find where I could have hidden it, but didnt find it...I guessed Rassmus may have taken it? (he did)...
So I ran back home at a rather slow pace, was super cold too!

warming up to the school, then jogging a bit with Elisa and then a bit with the group.

Some running drills and jumping etc on the hill near the school. Was tough but good training! Then did some other jumpy and running things back near the school.

Strength and Conditioning 15:00 [3]

Strength inside after the drills. Did some other strength when they were on the hands. Feeling a bit sore with holding my body weight on them.
