A training out in Nåsten with SI. When we were at the start, a small boy came crying and running back to the start, so I helped him with the first 3 controls which overall took about 30min with running back to the start again too.
So was rather tired and not so focussed in the beginning.
The first one was ok...went quite a bit around but quite slow. Then I really stuffed up number 2! Lost so much time! Then I was contemplating going back, but thought it would be good training... managed to make more mistakes and started walking quite a lot so I should have really gone back after number 2 as I was just soo tired. Was ok to just jog and walk in the end though just so I could not feel so tired..
