Running to the start of the intervals! Super late as I got home at 6pm :( made it just on time though!

Intervals with the club. We did 4x2min (2min rest) and then 4x30sec (30sec rest) and then repeated the entire set one more time.
Felt good to do intervals again after having quite a few weeks off from the stupid sickness I got a few weeks back now.
Was a little slower than I wanted to be running at, but it's a good start :)

Warm down back home to Blodan. Was running and talking to Johanna Öberg and then all of a sudden we looked behind and everyone had gone :P Decided just to run home. Popped by Sams and she offered me a cookie yay! :D

Felt pretty tired after I got home from work today. Did some foam rolling instead of jogging. Felt pretty good! Hurt a lot!! Must do this more often ;)

Yay I am back on the AP! Sam convinced me to start up again. It looks like she has also convinced Thierry to start an AP too! A very persuasive person if you ask me ;)

I haven't really logged in over a year after the heart condition. I felt like I wanted to get back into things at my own pace and listen to how my body is feeling rather than feeling guilty about missing a session and seeing a very empty AP log :P

Well here we go! Hope it helps with a bit of motivation for the winters training too!

Long run on small to larger tracks with a bunch of keen Sunday morning joggers! I felt completely smashed...haha haven't run that long in a long time and sleeping rather badly the last week hasn't been so helpful either.

Rodhenloppet with Johan. Was my first hard session after having the rough cold a few weeks back. Found it hard to push, but I just tried to hang on behind Johan as long as I could :)

Driving back from Åre all day and just didn't want to go out in the cold and dark for a jog...sore muscles after yesterdays adventure. Mostly running downhill
