Very small warm up before the chasing start

Chasing start final of Swedish league. Managed to get some points from the sprint so started about a minute and a bit before the mass start :P
Went out with a group which had Kajsa and Cat in it. Tried to hang on till just before 4, but just found the pace a bit too fast. messed coming into 4 a little too. Then I was alone to 5, so I slowed down a lot. Mass start caught me at 6...Tried to hold onto them, but was just so physically and mentally drained. Tried to orienteer well to the end and to just make it through was my goal, but it was super tough! The pollen, heat, dust (all in which I seem to have allergies of :P) just all got to me! Not to mention the extremely rocky ground.
Much happier that my actual orienteering was good today :) But yea the body was not so happy today...

Terrible is all I can say. Huge mistake to 3 and then 2 more big mistakes...so disappointed... :(

Sprint race of the last few Swedish League races up in Gävle.
Physically felt rather tired today, but tried to push through it anyway.
Was quite a tricky sprint! Quite surprising for Sweden ;)
Went ok in the beginning, was quite hesitant. Made a small mistake to 17 when I didn't read a fence, so lost a little time. Then at 19 I read 16 because they were so close to each other and in a similar sort of courtyard...then figured out what I did wrong and turned around too quick on the gravel and fell over pretty hard on my knee and hands. Luckily my compass didn't break. Bad route choice to the second to last control.
Overall not the best, but not too bad either...need to work on my route choices.
