World Cup Sprint Relay. No watch or GPS. SO just guessing.
Ran in a mixed team with 3 Germans. They ran the first few legs and I ran last.
i went out 6.30min behind so there weren't really many teams around when I ran. Saw Miri as she ran with another mixed team, so that was nice to at least have someone to run with at times. Not really any mistakes..maybe a few missed route choices and small hesitations...legs were tired especially on the hills, but was a super fun area to do a sprint! Really enjoyed it and gave me more motivation to really try to set more goals and getting faster and better at sprint for the next season! I love sprinting!

Warm up...up hill!!!!! Very tough starting point from the quarantine. Up up up!
Legs are destroyed from yesterday...tried to get them feeling at least runnable...

World Cup middle

Terribly sore legs...had no power which sucked! Felt like training and racing had been going rather well recently...oh well...

Made a small mistake at the end of the long leg...didn't quite understand the map there. Then to number 7 and 9 where I drifted too much from the line.

Few small things in the end, but was mostly tired and slow at running downhill.. really need to practice this!

Cool forest, but still not so happy with my race :/

Warm up before WC Long distance. Amazing view! Feeling the altitude! Almost at 2000m asl

World Cup Long Distance. Not a good race...

Unsure the distance as didn't have GPS and couldn't where my watch.
Very hesitant start as it was crazy steep downhill controls.
Took the wrong route choice on the first long leg and messed it up a bit when coming off the track.
Screwed up number 10 as I got stuck in some green and came out totally wrong on my compass!
Hit the wall ver badly after this as it was a few kms uphill and through the arena...brutal!
Very physically and mentally demanding and felt completely screwed in the last loop! Very dizzy and sick...maybe a combination of a crazy course, tough terrain and altitude?

Even after all of this, I really enjoyed the area and where we were running haha!

Jogging around the castle whilst the others were doing intervals. Joined in for a few drills too. Feeling rather tired so will definitely be taking these next few days rather easy.
