Started the O intervals but somehow was behind after the first interval? Decided just to run the next few controls easy... then I met up with Ruairi and we were tired so we just ran up to the last controls and then back to KG. Good to get out but so tired from yesterday’s beast of a run, Linnégala and not so much sleep...

Hemlängtan from Storvreta to KG. We took the bus into town and then the train out to Storvreta.
The beginning was on a 1:18000 map which wasn’t field worked so was hard to tell how the terrain would be. Was a bit slow going as it was super rocky in places but some parts were really nice!
After that it was a lot of road and track running. The pace got quicker and I thought I may be able to hang on but I was really tired and cold. Audrey and I ran together and decided to cut the loop over to stenhagen and just go straight through flogsta and then the last controls leading into KG.
Very long and tough and cold but fun as always!
Pizza tasted amazing even if half of min slid onto the floor of the changing rooms haha... 3 second rule right? ;)

Reflexbana with Johanna, Hanni and Audrey. Nice evening for it! Had a pretty hectic day at work and went straight to KG to run with the girls, then we stayed until 9pm setting up for Linnégala! pheww what a day! Hopefully I have the energy to run 25km for Hemlängtan and even more energy to dance all night long ;)

Warm up plus drills. Bit icy in places. Ate too much afternoon tea...feeling a little sick haha

6x Hill intervals at the castle. Felt very slow today...didn't have that push that I usually have on these intervals... Didn't sleep much last night... seems like it's still at least once a week I have one night where I only get a few hours sleep...
Oh well, good to get them done I guess :)

Finished with a 3min along Norbyvägen to shake the lactic acid out...

Decided to rest this evening and ran out of time to do anything anyway. Probably good so I can try run the hill ints hard tomorrow all the while saving a bit of energy for Hemlängtan on Saturday :)

Tisdagsbana Z

Set out for the 16km choice as there were a lot of tracks on this course. We cut the bit to Ekensberg. Was getting rather tired towards the end, but we had a nice group which made us push the whole way :) First day of snow today too! Just a small dusting!
