Haha that was longer than what I thought or planned...
The group plan was to run half of backbana, then run to sunnersta, do the gropen extreme course there and then run back and do the second half of backbana.
Because I ran from home, it was an extra 3.5km there and the same back!
I got super tired on the hills in sunnersta towards the end and had to skip the last ones and run on the flat until the group caught up.
Didn’t run the last past of backbana and ran back home with Elin as we were so tired and was going to be a good 2hr run with hills in it anyway!
Quite a start after having a little cold earlier in the week! Maybe should have had an easier start ;)
