Wee cruise in Helsinki before my friends got up. Was super icy out and when I was looking for a supermarket in the end of my run I went round a corner and didn't see it was icy and just nailed myself! Ripped my new H&M tights, bashed my knee and really hurt my right shoulder again :(
It'll be fine, but it was sore at the time!

We walked around a lot yesterday checking out the sites and the christmas markets etc. but no time for another training.

Decided to do intervals this morning as I didn't have time last night and I wont have much time to train this evening or in the weekend.

Did 10x1/1 in stadsskogen. Felt surprisingly good :)
Of course Stadsskogen freaks out with the GPS and the paces are all off!

Wanted to run easy tonight and was nice to have a good group of girls to run with! We did the 12km loop and it felt long enough as it was sooo incredibly wet tonight! Almost swimming through all the marshes and puddles etc. haha.
Rather tired now...
Something easy on the cards for tomorrow I think!

Third of a marathon tempo run with Johanna and Hilda. Felt like a good comfortable pace the whole way, even if I got tired in the end running up through BMC and on the cycle track in stadsskogen but then end was ok.
Had a bit of träningsvärk today after the hill run on Saturday and then weights yesterday, so the right leg was a bit tight at times.
Good training and hope to do more of these :D
