Small cold :( boo... less of a sore throat today but all stuffed up. Doesn’t seem to bad actually and I don’t think it will get worse than this. Just annoying to miss out on some good training.
Hopefully up for a jog tomorrow instead

1,2,3,4,5,5,4,3,2,1 with 1min recoveries and 2min recoveries after the 4s and 5s.
Tough session! Especially on the icy slush at times! The second 5min was a disaster for the 1st minute as it was just pure ice slush... kind of scary to run on. Running up norbyvägen in the end came with a giant head wind and lots of rain! Made it hard to see anything!
So glad I had Fay there tonight pushing me again! Very small group once again.

Went to do a run in the morning before work but I was so so tired as I didn’t get as much sleep as I wanted. Cooking soup tonight at the clubhouse, so no time to train.
