10mila training down at Hellas orienteering clubhouse. Was a mass start. Felt rather tired already after the first control. Haven’t run so fast all week due to the lingering cold so I guess that was why I felt so tired.
Was running most with Lisa but decided to try something different on the long leg to 10. Messed it up a bit and then started looking to early... was rather confused.

Middle distance training.
Wanted to focus on my orienteering this time but I was just zig zagging quite a bit and made a big mistake at 5 (ran straight past it and then got confused) and another at 9 (was going so well and straight to it but then ran much lower and was in the wrong place).
I was super tired so it felt like I was just trying to get myself around... probably not the best technique training but was good to be in some tough terrain!

Joined Rassmus for the second part of his aqua jogging. Did 2x(50/10) after about 45min as I had no belt and was nice to go a bit faster. Was tough but fun! Legs and arms were very jelly-ish after I got out of the pool!

Ran easy 8km loop with Lisa and Julia. We had a bit of a train going throughout the course but was just us 3 that did the short 8km. Was nice out and a bit of snow too! Feeling a little tired and a little scratchy in my throat but in general ok.

Feeling much better today! Yay! Still a bit stuffy but ok.
Did a jog around the streets. Was a bit slippery as it was snowing quite a bit at the time. Looped around and to say hi to some of the guys doing hill reps before I ran home and then to gympa.
