Long O in Lunsen. Went into a contour only part where I was still hanging onto the guys so wasn’t reading so much. Thierry eventually joined with a speaker attached to his belt with WOC commentary as a distraction and arena feel. Pretty fun!
Lost the group as they went a little faster... I struggled a bit with the only contour part and wasn’t orienteering so well but got better after a while. Ran wrong after the finish trying to find the car without a map haha

Evening run! Felt good so pushed the pace a little at times. Having some good music in my ears helped a little too ;)
Bit slippery at times but otherwise mostly on the good bike paths.
Heel a bit swollen for some reason? Thought it was my old ds trainers but it felt funny wearing my normal boots later... will see how it is tmw

O intervals in Vedyxa. Felt good and strong on the first two. 3rd one I fell through the thick ice in a ditch and really hit my shin quite hard... had to walk for a bit and then jogged to the start of the 4th one. Felt ok after that but a little sore. Fell and hit my knee on the ice too... very uncoordinated today haha. Oh yeah and smashed my compass too! So went to some other gafflings with the others as I didn’t want to leave the group without a compass haha

Tisdagsbana F2. Quite cold a bit of snow in the forest but not too much so it was very nice to run! We weaved a bit once we left the cut off for the 13.5 loop and I got confused every time I decided to lead haha so decided to hang back a bit... not so much confidence tonight :P
Felt like I had frost bite on my butt in the end! It was so cold and stinging! Should wear thicker tights...
