Started off with a group...stuffed my last few controls in the diamond...was alone and tired in the end...nice way to the end the camp though with a fun course and A beautiful evening!

Contours only on a cool forest map about 90min drive away from where we were staying. SO cool! Reminded me of how I orienteer back home with the rolling hills etc. Made no mistakes and loved cruising around but having a good flow. Bit tired, but was easily forgettable when it was so fun!
Lots of thorns to pick out of my legs later...

Sprint in Marvao! Super fun and tricky and steep! Very hard to get into the map in the beginning and once I did it was good apart from a silly mistake near the end... Love cool sprints like this!
Ankle a bit dodgy especially running downhill.

Multi technique in Lapa with Lisa. So incredibly tired...could hardly put one leg in front of the other. Nice to do this together when we were both tired! Had to change plans a few times due to cows and then horses in some paddocks...

O intervals. Stuffed the first one but the group managed to wait so I could run with them on the rest. Was tough but fun with a good group! Kristin let me borrow a foam thing that had a hole in it that I could put on my heel so it didnt put pressure on the inflammation. It worked so well!
