Nice long run on trails in Nåsten with Lisa and Lovisa.

Very weird stomach today and felt rather strange the whole way...was freezing cold and went in Nåsten but nice to be out on our day off anyway.

In other news I will be running WOC this year. :) They haven't announced distances yet (bit strange?) but I have a fair idea of what I may be running.

9th leg.
Did not sleep so much before this race and was feeling so tired! But I was really looking forward to getting back out in this awesome terrain again!
Messed up the 1st control quite a bit! Did a bit of a parallel mistake. Then I got into a better flow but made 2 more big-ish mistakes later on in the course. Fun to be out again, but was very terrible both technically and physically.

Warm up before 10mila first leg. So freaking nervous!

Orienteering race (Relay) 44:45 [5] 6.65 km (6:44 / km) +95m 6:17 / km

1st leg for OK Linné 2nd team.
Started quite a bit behind so sort of stressed a bit to try get near the front in the beginning.
Did a funny route choice from the start triangle but met up with the group again.
The race was very stable technically. made sure I was sticking to my plan by taking safer route choices and stopping when I was unsure.
Was a bit annoyed that I couldn't push or run any faster as the body was just saying no! Definitely the after effects from the cold :/
Came in 46th, 5.24min behind Ingjerd Myhre (she was a min in front of the next group). The big group I was in sort of started rolling in from 10th position...So wasn't too bad of a result I guess.

Warm down around the track. Glad that was over with! Now to enjoy the rest of 10mila!

Very easy Oing at Åland today. Feeling super sluggish today and very tired...bit of a headache too... nice to be out running at least, but definitely smart to be taking it easy before the weekend.
