Note

Ran leg three (Te Mata Peak) of triple peaqks race. 13km steep as run! Nearly died on the way down. It was so much fun and my team came 2nd in elite open women! Stoked!!

Fastest girl but was a pretty dodgy run. Cousrse had no route choice so it was speed that let me down.

Tempo Run felt real good. Did 10min @ 85%, 3 min jog, 5min @90%
