Running (Trail/road) 30:00 [4] 3.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
Today, instead of my "regular" route, I went up to the top of Mt. Josephine. This involved less running and more panting than might have been ideal, but I did manage to do most of the uphills at at least a jog. It's a 4 instead of a 5 because I had to stop for the view (of course), and going down wasn't really a workout (except for the knees).
