| Right quad started hurting yesterday. Tried a run on the treadmill this morning, but it hurt even more. Didn't want to push through it and make it worse, so I stopped and lifted a few weights (arms only). It still hurts to put weight on my R leg. May have to take a rest day tomorrow - bummer! |
