Leg feels a lot better, but just could not get out of bed this morning. Slept in way late and loved it. Will attempt a long run tomorrow.

R leg still hurts. Needed a rest day, anyway. Hope to be back at it Sat. or Sun.

Right quad started hurting yesterday. Tried a run on the treadmill this morning, but it hurt even more. Didn't want to push through it and make it worse, so I stopped and lifted a few weights (arms only). It still hurts to put weight on my R leg. May have to take a rest day tomorrow - bummer!

Pretty sore/still from Sunday's run, so I had to take it really slow.

Centennial trail with Audra. Great run; longer than I've run in quite some time.
