(rest day)

I am considering switching to Daily Mile for the Garmin upload interface, and easier to use reporting.

No I will not be posting every workout on FB, just races.

I am making the move now during the recovery/transition phase in my training so I am up and running by Jan 1 when I am back in full swing.

Yoga (Level 2) 1:30:00 [4]
weight:150lbs shoes: Bare Feet

Loren really pushed us this week! He is working on poses that are a challenge for himself. We did all 3 warrior poses, and let me say warrior 3 is tough! I did hold my balance better than ever, so I was really enjoying myself, despite the sweat. Later instead of head balance, we did back bends, these too are heat producers. I was so flexible as a kid, I could just pour myself backwards, hands lightly landing on teh floor. Now, I can hardly push up to one! Of course there were lots of props (blocks, bolster, blankets, belts) and intermediate steps and some prep poses so we just did not get right to it. This is Iyengar after all!

The day after I really feel the full body workout. My arms are still like jello

One more rest day.

My water weight is finally gone, I am back to below 150 for the first time since early Oct when I started carb-loading and hydrating with electrolytes.

I have to remember not to do NUUN ever again! Too much for my system to process.

ugh! I am full of water. I have swollen feet and ankles. So much water and swelling from the race. I feel great, just look like I sprained my ankles - oph!
