Put on the Milers and did 5 x 1000m down Meadowbank with 1 min jog recovery.

Probably went a bit too fast on the last one. I just wish i was in this kind of shape at the WOC sprint !

Checked the weight today and am 3.5kg lighter now than at WOC so basically a was a fat bastard there ;-)
