I'm not too sore today. My calves are a little, but that's about it.
I think my issue was my heart rate. What a horrible horrible climb!!

Guessing on the Distance.
Brooke and I took a nice brisk walk on the trails around the complex.
We did a little jogging, but mostly a brisk walk.
It felt great to get out in the sun, listen to the birds sing and watch the ducks in the creek.
My right knee and ancle are giving me a little touble since my Monday Run. I'm going to get some gel inserts this weekend and see if that helps.
