Didn't feel well yesterday. Late pizza brunch didn't settle well.
0-5 stretch - indigestion kicked up already
5-10 walk - to trail/ride join
(probably rushed stretching a bit)

from the join down to stone bridge
hard to push it out, indigestion/stomach upset, hard to keep breathing controlled
2902-3144 run = 2:41
forced resumption of running back to branch across trail.
3144-3421 walk (including up the hard hill)
3421-3606 run = 1:45
my body just didn't want to do this anymore today. Tried to push up 2nd or so small hill and legs said NO WAY. Had to force walking to the top and walk gently to recover.
3837-4132 run = 2:55
forced another run from main trail joint back to wet area. This is usually somewhere between mildly pleasant and feet-hardly-touch-the-ground. Today, it was just uncomfortable and yukky.
4132-10003 walk out plus walk around Peter, talking to him.
Note that I continued to feel unwell rest of evening, although I was never actually sick.
