went out with catriona. had a really good route planned but then remembered that the iron bridge is closed :( so that was really gay and we had to spend alot more time on the roads and it was shorter. cat didn'e mind as she wasn't feeling too great. still had a good gossip about the usual school people and stuff about fionas wedding :) it was pooing down with rain as well which wasn't v nice!!

My leg were felling pretty heavy so luckly hockey wasn't too tough! they won at the wknd which was great so still at the top wih 59 goals or something and 2 against!

really pleased with weekdn and eventhought made a 4 min error on 9 still alot of positives to focus on.

JOK prologue. knew would loose more time on technical mistakes than speed so just kept it clean. went pretty well not too fast but fast enough

was feeling good before the start had alice b 3 secs in front and abi 1 behind!
just had to keep going was with people all the way round kept thinking abi would get me but she disappeard and i didn't c here after that. got alice just at the end which was happy about as could still keep the speed.

trudged to the top of the hill to start of slope-o
me lauren alan tom ewan tullie and lorna did it as a trains exercise and was really good
except cracked my shin on the way to no 1 wo had to hobble alot
cut from 9 -12 or something cause it was hurting but other than that pretty gd

basically went start from the coffe shop, took of my joggies and then ran off. got v confused at the first butterfly cause there was no numbers so had to have a wee thnk then asked matt. other than that it was ok. fun fun

sleidging!!!! walked home form school with kulsum, mark and shiv then got changed and walked bac up to clober! there was sooo many people out but about half were6th years, had such fun!

was so cold but was such a nice course. the fact that the hill top was covered in snow made running so fun but generally fun.
lost 3 mins at 12 mincing around the cliffs and then a few other wobbles.
