good start, annoyingly messed 5, easy control and was literally standing on top of it but reading contours wrong so went off and climbed up the spur, got to the top looked down and there it was! aghgh, then was wobbly all the way to 6, better after that.
Easy with CHLOE :) down Morningside, round then up blackford and home through the little alley! So good to have such wonderful company!!!!!! My stomach felt less than healthy.
Relay training on Costrophine. Apart from the first control, course main use of the good bits. technically just on the ball, need to sharpen up. Fitness not as bad as expected.
