Running 40:00 [4]
shoes: Saucony

Run with catriona around mmor and then back round the back of the water works. Blister still healing on ball of foot so a bit slow cause sore. Very wet outside too.

Running warm up/down 15:00 [3]

Warm up round to catriona's house and then stretching when i got home!!

Orienteering 1:00:00 [4]

CLYDE training weekend at uath lochans! very wet and cold! did trains with hollie, dad, steve, kenny and dave. was a good group! first loop was rubbish went off to fast but got into the terrain quickly after that and went well!

We all jogged to the start of the first loop, walking up the hill.

Then we jogged/ walked bac round the lochans from the finish to the cars for a warm down.

Orienteering 1:15:00 [3]

CLYDE training on Alive! IN the morning ma and dad did a map/ terrain memory exercise. Dad did well but i kept getting to the circle and then forgetting what the control was on. need to keep focused!

In the afternno did a control pick! good training for the JIRCs and th o-ringen as open and quite trick. felt it went well, just physically tried. need to rest for JIRCs.

Walk with hoolie round water works and then past ben and anna's. hollie wasn't feeling too great. then went bac to watch the football.

hollie jumped on my band waggon and came out with me and catriona. just went through the moors and along the waterworks as per. raining as usual as well!! fun fun fun !!!

Orienteering 40:00 [4] ****

Ahh words connot decribe how good this training felt!! the o-ringen 4 years ago just did not do this area justice. Getryggen is sooo nice. could have gone on for ages but was getting rather hot so went to finish! just sooo gd!

Hollie got us abit lost running to the area, she has many excuses for this though so there obv was some reason :P. A girl chat as we walked back to the boys hut for lunch.

Pairs hanging and collecting course around south??? i think, Skatas. was fine at collecting but need to be more confident in the control circle when hanging!!

WEnt to Gotaplatsen for some quick sprint training. Did pairs racing with julia. Kept seeing here all the way round untill we went back on to the wood for the last time where i got abit confused by all the rock and then finally found the control back up a crag!


went o liseberg in the afternnon, was tres fun and then went shopping!!
girls night in with some tears while watching cold mountain

Orienteering 1:45:00 [3] ****

Went out for a whole day to Rannebergen. In the morning did a route choice and simplification exercise which i thought went pretty well. We had a long lunch by the lake and the 4 girls went out to get julias confidence bac after the mornings training. Did a kind of trains thing first and then me and julia did a talk o bac which ended up a sing-o on the wway to the finish!! what a fun day! but tired! did a bit of sunning when got home while we made t!

In the morning went to Partille-Gunnilse, took us ages to get there though cause got off at the wrong tram stop!! oww well!!! I did a course trying to focus on attack points. felt pretty confitdent till made mistake but relocated well and took it quite slowly for the rest of it!

Circuits 20:00 [4]

Just me, hollie and julia. we did a 3 sets of a range of exersises out on the grass. need to work on upper body streth i think!! my arms are useless

Stretching 20:00 [2]

spent some time stretching wiht haze while holle and julia went to do 10 sec sprints. felt very unflexible next to hazel but getting better!

First day of training in gothenburg! Went to Skatas in the morning just to get bac in to the trerrain. Did a rather long line course and then a control pick. lovely running as undergrowth burnt by forest fires!

Running intervals 16:00 [4]

Intervals with gothenburg o club aroud skatas golf club. 2*90,3*60, 3*30, 3*15 with equal recovery! felt pretty slow and probs was!

Running warm up/down 30:00 [2]

Took us ages to get the the hill they were doing reps on and then hd to goalittle further to the start of the intervals! i'm sure we went the long way round things aswell !!

Training again on Sluie this time tho. Took things v slowly cause of blisters. 2 simplification exercises and a traffic lights course. very hot and felt extremely dehydrated!!Not hungry at all, knew something was up.
sick during the night! lovely!

scotJOS training on Glen Dye.
2 concentration courses and then a course that was kinda like trail-o cause u had to decide which one, of the many cotrols at the site, was the right one. yeh can't remember what they called it.
Then we did a 3 km course but only did half of it cause my blisters we sore!
then cause we finish in time, we went swimming in the Dee which was very pleasant!

Calum came out and me, hollie and him went for a quick mountain bike ride out to the carbeth huts!! was very nice night and a great MTB!
calum came back from v nice t and than he cycle home. Nice to c a new face, might do it again sometime

Me and hollie went out for some intervals. went up to the waterworks and did 30 second, 1minute, 1.30, 3, 1.30, 1, 30. was tough feeling general tired first day bac at school so pointless i was actually fustrated!!!!!!!
anyways only 3 day to go till off to Sweden:) :) :)

Did a long warm up though moor, very hot day eventhough it said it would rain!! then cool down back to the house through the wood!
