just a alf session as no feeling usual. 3* 800 although abit shorted than 8 i think. was about 2.40 for them. feeling pretty shti at the end and hungry

just did nrmal wu and then me and hol and jess went for awarm down jog walk while other kept gong, the jogged bac to make dinner :)

cycled out to hillhead to start of run really bad idea as totally dead by the time we got there so could only jog run. all up hi and bke gears not the best, def take bus ther next time.

3*600m was pretty pathetic but i'm stilll feeling rather ill and tired from work! thinkit's gonna b a really good session this year as a gd group of us:)

wu- round the meadows, so klong was kinda getig almost cold by the end of all their drils and stuff.

wd - jog bac to dinner with bex and alice, not veyr much food left, so abit random but stil very gd as pper

one of the strangest runs i think i will ever experience, as completely out of it! not sure of the tme but it felt ike was flying but ireally couldn't feel that much.in team with bex and fran and we didn't come last !!! :)

euoc intro thing, to this canadian girl round, she was very gd! knee fine:) going to join the gym today so i can start going whan i get my timetable

Orienteering race 35:00 [5] 3.5 km (10:00 / km)

JIRCs relays, went out quite far behind the leading pack maybe 5 mins or something like that. caught julia up afew mins and then we were together, i messed up alittle and she got away abit but i could still c her. then at the second last comtrol spent about 4 mins looking for it, map all wrong red line covering up features! felt really good though

Orienteering race 48:08 [4] 5.4 km (8:55 / km) +160m 7:46 / km

ahh was so happy with this, virtually no pain atall, jst took it slower and kept it clean only about 2 mins of kind of hesitation and slight error. not sure how much time i lost on running speed but i was still pretty cheery, 4th :)

cycled with jen out to dobbies, sat on the wee swinging benches for about an hour then had some tea and then came back through baldernock. we've decided we're goignt o amke one next summer as a wee project!
