Down to work, then back up via blektjern, got alittle stuck in the mud at some points but good fun! dark at 4 pretty much due to excessive clouds :(

Second session, basically counting 1,2,1,2 the whole time but it worked! The snow was perfect, a fresh 30 cm, perfect piste, bright sun, just gorgeous. Would have love to be able to go on for longer but my muscle were dying and i was happy to have some what mastered the technique!

Well an interesting off piste start down to the ski trail! The girls were off for a 2 hour tour so i just stuck to the relatively easy loop round the lake. 3.2 km round 3 times, first loop pretty poor but got the feeling and the second two were much better. Technique was classed as good... i'm not so sure! The weather closed in and it was time to go home!

mega flat along to Mjondalen, then beast of a hill up to the top then flying down hill on some seriously smooth roads home :)

less brakes on the hills makes for a slightly faster time..

A little excited about the prospect of a bike, also forgot how cold it is especially in Norwegian winter. Went out along the fjord for a while following a bike route then cut back up behind the hill, through Konnerud, home. couldn't
't feel my feet, also a mans saddle is not meant for a woman, serious pain!

Went to see the physio today, it's not really that bad at the moment but will get worse if i continue with the pain so going to find a bike and get cycling1 Basically the ligament between my second and third two has collapsed(plantar plate), not so much to do but support it and strengthen and mobilize ankle which is most possibly the cause.

Foot still not normal so day to try out Drammensbadet, the most expensive swim ever! Such a nice pool even though swimming was horrible, mostly breast stroak and leg only work. practicing the floating

over to Therese's house, ball of my right foot very sore, maybe from poor choice of shoes yesterday but just going to see how it fairs. fine up and down hill but not flat.

Orienteering 1:20:00 [3] 7.0 km (11:26 / km)

easy with Therese and Isa, taking it control about, really good confident session. The foot was fine but as soon as we were on a path the pain was back, need to stay off the roads and trials for a few days!
Went to some new places, good variation of terrain:)
The weather was like being in a very powerful shower for the whole time!

Konnerud rundt time trial
been happening once a month in the winter for almost 25 years. My first time so they printed a map for me, next time no map and faster time, maybe -20sec of route hesitations in stupid dim street lights but very good, tough 4 min up hill finish.
