Bulgarian...some counter, deadlift
saw heather for quick screening, tight hip flexors and thigh outer hamstring

round new town to see all the Christmas lights, then regents terrace, royal mile, meadows and home. A little boost of encouragement close to home from a man coming out the chippy, 'Gaun yersel Hen!'... i just smiled

missed the ABs in more ways than one :(
