8*60secs, recovery just joggin back down hill.
so annoyed about my bike, had to get out running eventhought i was pushed for time and didn't really eat enough before hand, ahh well i was such a nice day and felt good.

did aout 32 lengths, felt pretty gd after,usual im dead but was ok!would have done more but got pretty busy andad stuff 2 do.

then high leg things over the hurdles, cut my foot :(

this was really annoying ausethought it as 5km loop so got very confused when finished at 19! think mre physcoogical cause if i had thought it was 4k then i would hav maybe pushed faster stil happyish as kept running style and felt good running

went out along the innnocent railway, pretty much got to the sea but didn't realy like the lo of the last bit so decided to come back. wished i' kept goin cause looking at themap now i really wasn't that far away. trying to keep just about 70%forthe whole thing. niot sure of the distance as googl earth not working but wil try work it out

fwtn 2, went out to test out the night skills again,first tme in a while. was going good or te first few, then tried to rely on mysight too much and jut faffed around on afe, thn fell down a spe thing hit my tight on a rock, joged back and now have a tennis ball comin out my leg:(

as ok, went out on 2nd leg after sarah. fell on the way to 4o ws slow for a ew after tht. then messed up 1 in the green, was so wet and cold but finished.

FWTN 1, around the town. not sure how far it as. went well tho, hard to see at points, just runnign to find light, only messed up 2 of temi think and wen to 6 before 5.
