Orienteering race 1:04:03 [4] ***** 5.4 km (11:52 / km)
shoes: Saucony
O-ringen day 5 chasing start!!!!
started in 26th position with people a min infront and a min behind. knew i just had to keep it clean and i would loose any places! safe route choices and good attackpoints made it a good race with only a small mistake!! got in to finish dead and pleased with my run!! i finished 17th amazed i cought so many places but soo happy too!!!

O-ringen day 4---- My Birthday!!!
took chair lift to start so sunny so didn't get cold!!
race was pretty gd although too cautious about lossng high at number 6 that i ended up climing 15 metres over 800m and then got confused when i couldn't find attack point!!
so much fun tho, a great birthday!!!!

Orienteering race 55:25 [4] **** 5.5 km (10:05 / km)

O-ringen day 3!!
Area- Narfjallet
Long walk to the start so well warmed up. good to number 1 but had no attack point for 2 and ended up climbing too high above the control! relocated off marsh tho and got it, lost about 5 minutes!!
other than that i was happy!!

O-ringen day 2 middle distance!
had a pretty good race came 24th! made a 1 min mistake at 1 and 2 but other than that it was pretty clean!

O-ringen day 1
was having an ok race untill the control after the long leg just got into switching off mode for long leg and then just didn't concentrate enough. made about 10 min mistake so annoying as really had to relocate!!
oww well still got rest of week to inprove!
