had planned to go for a longish run but couldn't face it. imagine the heaviest milngavie rain possible, then add some wind... well i was soaked in about 5 mins so just did water works and then moor. got back and was freezin! htm still not broke so going to send it back :(
thought, yeh a wee trip to palates would be nice, stretch the muscles and all.
couldn't have been more wrong, came out feeling less flexible and much tighter. so much stomach and upper leg work. had to have a bath when i got home to relax, then did some proper stretching and feeling much better : )

messed up the first half, just being stupid trying to get into the map. was much better after the map change and my jelly babies :)
overall pretty pleased,
