went oout with haze and walked quite alot of the course, hd a gd chat.

oeg had planned some class training on high rigg so just did my own little thing walking around. saw some very beautiful sights and then some not so beautiful ones :P

was a really gd session, had a course nd had a minute on each leg, was really kinda realistic.

Cycling warm up/down 10:00 [2]

Stretching (and core) 10:00 [3]

s+c (weights) 1:10:00 [3]

just went down and did what i could, did end up doin quite alot anyways
3 *10 squats just with lighter weight that unsual
3* 10 over head press
3* 10 bench press
then resistance bll hing and then pull ups.

went down to the session but only did the stuff i felt able to.

dd a wee intervals sesion on the thing,was good, tried some with arms and some without to how much hader it was andstuff

after the physio i went up to the bikes to see how it was feeling, felt ok but then after abit got pains coming up my leg so stopped.

Orienteering race 22:00 [5] 2.8 km (7:51 / km) +70m 6:59 / km

prolog, was gd, just steady really enjoyed 4 onwards.

Orienteering race 20:00 [5] 2.8 km (7:09 / km)

chase, not sure on the time
messed up 1, just fafing and got distracted
then t the finish was going to go round but went over as everyone else was, what and idiot tho, went over my ankle like literally 2 steps before the line, rathr painful
going to physio hopefull tomorrow .
