sluie training in the snow, wa so tough but oin well

trains, oing well again but so fustrating as couldnt rn fast enough to put pressure on my technical. couldn't do the last one as back too sore so e and haze just walked back

session, felt reall good, managed 35g on sback squats ffine, overhead press still shocking compared t everything else but just needs work.

2 loops o sprint intervals, would hav done 3 bt wanted to get some dinner, was good, they were quite long though. not feeling very fast at all but still time.

long run with the girls on the slacks, was eally nice, up to the top then a small course alone and up the slope and then around the resivour.
