Running warm up/down 15:00 [3]

running to the start with kirsten then not much of a warm down as not feeling great

Orienteering race 51:00 [4] 4.4 km (11:35 / km) +250m 9:02 / km

well a mixed race. The start was going well, although some trouble in the control circle at 1. still got back into the map after that and started again. then lost 3 mins at 9 purely because of lack of plan, simple things still not putting them to use. it shouldn't have been hard but i made it so. then a bit annoyed so went running off at 10 loosing 2 mins. then after that it got better just getting it right. felt a bit sick over the last 5 controls or so just sore stomach.
not incredibly pleased as could have been alot better.

Orienteering race 36:20 [5] 4.3 km (8:27 / km) +155m 7:10 / km

british relays, Kirsten did the job on first leg:) alice came back second so went out 2mins donw on Mhairi. just trying to keep it clean. Was going well, lost time on 4, liek 20 secs just not great visualisation of control, then 10 was low in the reentrant, 10secs, 14 10secs got alittle confused with some hills and pits, then binned a min at 19, just excited towards the end thought i could do it, should have just kept it simples, ended up too far south.
annoyed about 19 but otherwise happy with 2nd :)
