xc on the trails with Anette, fair to say it wasn't coming naturally to my downhill skiing legs, but was getting better towards the end. Mucch more practice needed, need some bum pads too, flying off downhill and then trying to stop when you dont know how ends badly! saw someone else fall too so didn't feel too bad!

Family do, with mum on the bike and the rest of us running, out through water works then over the baldernock and back.
