Orienteering race 42:30 [4] 4.5 km (9:27 / km)

ds night,
was dark obviously but it was also very misty, meant that you could only see about 2m max a head of you in most places.
After a first mistake I decided I would use compass (as couldn't use much else) and get some perfection, it kind of worked, only me, Therese and Anette so ran first leg as Synne.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [3]

from the car to cc then back

Orienteering race 42:00 [4] 6.4 km (6:34 / km)

Danish spring Mass start WRE,
first loop was fun, lots of people but then had seen everyone do other gaffle so second loop was easy and pretty boring, then 800m run though, short fast fun at the end then that was it!
was a good experience, need so more serious speed

Orienteering race 31:42 [5] 4.1 km (7:44 / km) +140m 6:36 / km

BUCS relay, bigland

last leg on second team with kirsten Strain on first leg and Kirstin Maxwell on second. Went out second, confident nav and respectable running meant we held on and EUOC took first second and third !!
A bit upset to miss the prizegiving and that an amazing team performance by the edinburgh girls was some what overshadowed by the boys event.

Running warm up/down 25:00 [3]

def more warming up then down
