short tricky bit to start in all the rocks, one hesitation then back up the hill and a run back, getting better

Well after yest it could only get better

well apart from the worst control in ages, almost 15 mins, there are some positives.
terrain looked lush but actually tough going, moss slippery lots of rocks and trees

travelling to Sweden, 5 hours of solid forest and some of the biggest marshes i have ever seen
