Orienteering 19:00 [3] 2.6 km (7:18 / km)

NM sprint, tough heats for everyone
First half was fine, then felt horrid so walked up the hill to 7 stomach was achy and then missed then just a long struggle back to the finish.
felt shit all afternoon and evening even a trip to Ikea didn't sort things :(

Konnerud family relay, I was very kindly adopted but ended up in the mass start anyways. messy but good to run with Tonje most of the way as otherwise would have been traveling slowly

+ 28 degrees an i was feeling it, nav wasfine, just one slip up 1min and a bad route execution but felt i had nothing, didn't feel tired but just no energy.

with Anette up the hill, nice and slow, to warm already
