Venla last leg, Konnerud 2.
Solid start from Runa, Synne and Marie,
was satisfied with my orienteering but would prefer to feel good when I'm running. Maybe the heat but my legs felt horrendous but tried to keep going
99th, top 100 best second team result!

Last training, startd steady getting faster then skipped the last two controls to do some short intervals on the track back

took us a while to find the maps but eventually got out

first session took easy, we all walked the first two then went our own ways.
felt good, got into the map quickly

seccond session not so good, just not totally concentrated maybe thinking of other things, maybe half legs were good

on the other side of drammen, this is the route we took kjøsterudjuvet-tverråsen-skimten-landfalltjern-spiralen but to be honest i have no idea where these places were, it was lovely though longer than planned, some cross country routes were needed at times
