Blodslitet, I can run this far but not race. Great training and some parts really fun, I finished unlike some!

through town to check out the world food market, just had to sample some real cheddar cheese and chutney, unfortunately it was chilli chutney so my mouth was burning most of the way home. then back through the forst at the top

easy with stair jumps to finish

down to little loch then up to grube, lang and mega steep up kjeraten, around konnerudkollen and then up to the top, back down along grubegata and home
