Along WHW to Kyber pass, then back on myself to the Castle, round Mugdock Loch and then home!

went with dad to see if a triathlon is in any way possible, safe to say we are both pretty shit. 400m in about 10 mins, can only do breast stroke. Did 38 in total, 2 front crawl = nearly died! More practice needed!
